RESOLUTION NO. 91-51
RESOLUTION ADOPTING 1991 COMPENSATION PLAN
FOR NON-UNION CITY EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, the city Council has studied the current
employee compensation practices; and
WHEREAS, the attached compensation plan is the result
of Council discussion and appears to meet existing market
standards and comparable worth requirements; and
WHEREAS, a set amount of money has been budgeted for
annual salary increases, and the compensation plan, as outlined
in the salary report, meets the budgeted amount for 1991:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE ARDEN HILLS CITY
COUNCIL that the attached compensation plan be adopted, with
salary increases retroactive to January 1, 1991.
Adopted by the Arden Hills city Council this 26th day of August,
1991.
