RESOLUTION NO. 91-49
RESOLUTION APPOINTING DALE R. HICKS
TO FILL COUNCIL VACANCY
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Arden Hills city Council,
due to the resignation of an elected Councilmember; and
WHEREAS, the City Council conducted interviews of qualified
persons interested in serving in this capacity; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to fill the vacancy by
appointment of an Arden Hills resident;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council hereby
appoints DALE R. HICKS ,to serve as Councilmember of
the City of Arden Hills, until the next City Election held on
the first Tuesday, after the first Monday in November, 1992.
