A R ESO LUTI ON
RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON
NORTH SNELLING AVENUE
S.A.P. 187-106-01 from Trunk Highway No. 96 to 8riarknoll Drive in the City
of Arden Hills, Minnesota.
THIS RESOLUTION, passed this 24th day of June, 1991, by the City of
Arden Hills in Ramsey County, Minnesota. The Municipal corporation shall
hereinafter be called the "City", WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the "City" has planned the improvement of MSAS 106 (N.
Snelling Avenue) from Trunk Highway NO. 96 to Briarknoll Drive.
WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking
on both sides of the street; and approval of the proposed construction as a
Municioal State Aid Street project must therefore be conditioned upon
certain parking restrictions.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS THEREBY RESOLVED:
That the "City" shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on the east
side of MSAS 106 (N. Snelling Avenue) at all times.
