RESOLUTION NO. 91-41
RESOLUTION COMMENDING NANCY K. HANSEN FOR HER YEARS OF
SERVICE TO THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS. ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT
AND ACCEPTANCE OF HER RESIGNATION AS COUNCJLMEMBER, AND
DECLARING THAT A VACANCY EXISTS FOR THE OFFICE OF
COUNCILMEMBER
WHEREAS, Nancy K. Hansen has failhfully and diligently served the City of Arden Hills
for many years; and
WHEREAS, she has been very responsible to the residents and business community; and
.
WHEREAS. Nancy K. Hansen has worked to improve the community and has contributed
immeasurably to the excellence of government in Arden Hills by serving on the Public
Safety/Works Committee from 1982-1984. as representative on the Rice Creek
Watershed District Citizen's 509 Task Force in 1985, as liaison to the Public
Safety/Works Committee and Parks and Recreation Committee from 1985 to the
present. as representative to the Ramsey County League of Local Government and
Northwest Youth and Family Services. and as a Councilmember from August 20, 1984
to the present; and
WHEREAS. a letter of resignation has been received by the Arden Hj]]s City Council
from Nancy K. Hansen, effective July 1. 1991. and the City Council has regretfully
accepted said letter of resignation.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that a vacancy exists on the Arden Hills Council for
the office of Councilmember.
