<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 91 - 35 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE 1991 NORTH SNELLING <br />AVENUE IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing relating to the North Snelling Avenue improvement <br />was held on April 29, 1991 before the Arden Hills City Council <br />after ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the <br />hearing was given; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, following the close of the public hearing, the Arden Hills City <br />Council's motion to proceed with the project failed on a 3-2 <br />majority vote; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, at their May 13. 1991 City Council meeting, <br />moved to reconsider the project, and rescheduled the public <br />hearing for said improvements on June 3rd, 1991 at 7:30 p.m. and <br />held the public hearing, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the Feasibility Report and <br />those matters presented at the pUblic hearing by those persons <br />desiring to be heard on the matter; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br />Hills. Minnesota: <br /> <br />1.
