RESOLUTION 91 - 35
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT
IN THE MATTER OF THE 1991 NORTH SNELLING
AVENUE IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, a public hearing relating to the North Snelling Avenue improvement
was held on April 29, 1991 before the Arden Hills City Council
after ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the
hearing was given; and
WHEREAS, following the close of the public hearing, the Arden Hills City
Council's motion to proceed with the project failed on a 3-2
majority vote; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, at their May 13. 1991 City Council meeting,
moved to reconsider the project, and rescheduled the public
hearing for said improvements on June 3rd, 1991 at 7:30 p.m. and
held the public hearing, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the Feasibility Report and
those matters presented at the pUblic hearing by those persons
desiring to be heard on the matter;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills. Minnesota:
1. The North Snelling Avenue improvements is hereby ordered as recommended
in the Feasibility Report dated March 6, 1991.
