RESOLUTION NO. 91- 29
RESOLUTION ADOPTING CITY INVESTMENT POLICY
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it would be beneficial to the
city of Arden Hills to have an Investment Policy on record; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed several proposed draft
versions of an Investment Policy; and
WHEREAS, several consultants have made recommendations as to the
contents of the Investment Policy; and
WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council has reviewed the final draft
on March 25, 1991.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Investment Policy attached
hereto is adopted and approved by the Arden Hills City council this
8th day of April, 1991.
