<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY. MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 91 - 27 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT <br />AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE <br />1991 PARK AND BIKE TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City Council has duly considered the Feasibility Report for <br />the 1991 Park and Bike Trail Improvement at an estimated total <br />project cost of $130,800; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Park Department has allocated monies to fund the entire <br />project cost; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there are no assessments proposed for the Improvement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br />Hills, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The 1991 Park and Bike Trail Improvement is hereby ordered as <br />recommended in the Feasibility Report dated March 25, 1991. <br /> <br />2. Maier Stewart and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as Project <br />Engineer for this improvement.
