RESOLUTION 91 - 27
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT
AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
IN THE MATTER OF THE
1991 PARK AND BIKE TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS the City Council has duly considered the Feasibility Report for
the 1991 Park and Bike Trail Improvement at an estimated total
project cost of $130,800; and
WHEREAS, the City Park Department has allocated monies to fund the entire
project cost; and
WHEREAS, there are no assessments proposed for the Improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota:
1. The 1991 Park and Bike Trail Improvement is hereby ordered as
recommended in the Feasibility Report dated March 25, 1991.
2. Maier Stewart and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as Project
Engineer for this improvement. The Project Engineer is directed to
prepare plans and specifications for the making of the improvement and
the solicitation of competitive bids.
Passed and adopted this 25th day of March, 1991.
