RESOLUTION 91 - 26
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT
IN THE MATTER OF THE 1991 PARK AND BIKE TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS. the Feasibility Report ordered by the Council in Resolution 91-16
has been prepared with reference to the 1991 Park and Bike Trail
Improvement and was received by the City on March 25, 1991; and
WHEREAS. the Feasibility Report recommends that the proposed improvement
is feasible;
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota:
1.
The City Council will consider the 1991 Park and Bike Trail Improvement
as described in the Feasibility Report an estimated total cost for the
improvement of $130,800.
Passed and adopted this 25th day of March, 1991.
