RESOLUTION 91- 22
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE ASSESSMENT RATES
FOR BITUMINOUS OVERLAY ANO RESIOENTIAL STREET
RECONSTRUCTION PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the City has adopted an Assessment Manual, dated NOVEMBER 13 ,
19 90, which requires assessment rates for Bituminous Overlay and
Street Reconstruction Improvements: and,
WHEREAS, the assessment rates for 1991 have not been established:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills. Minnesota:
1. The assessment rate for bituminous overlay improvements shall be
$ 2.82 per front foot for residentially zoned property.
2. The assessment rate for street reconstruction improvements,
meeting seven (7) ton design standards, shall be $27.50 per front foot
for residentially zoned property.
3. The assessment rate street reconstruction improvements, meeting nine
(9) ton design standards, shall be $46.00 per front foot for commercial
or industrially zoned property.
4. The assessment rate for street reconstruction improvements for tax-
exempt property shall be $55.00 per front foot.
Passed and adopted this 25th day of March, 1991.
