RESOLUTION NO. 91-16
RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY FEASIBILITY REPORT
FOR 1991 PARK IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City has determined that it should consider
improving certain park property by resurfacing existing tennis/
hard courts, construction of additional tennis courts in Ingerson
Park, construction of bike/walking trails, and hard surface in
Cummings, Floral and Hazelnut Park to connect with the existing
trail system; and
WHEREAS, Council must first secure a preliminary feasibility
study in order to consider making the proposed 1991 park
improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Arden Hills City Council:
This matter shall be referred to Maier Stewart and
Associates, Inc., who is requested to provide to the City
Council a report advising, in a preliminary way, whether the
proposed improvements are feasible and whether the
improvements should thus be made as proposed or in connection
with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the
improvements as recommended.

1991.
