A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
RESOLUTION REVOKING A MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET
HAMLINE AVENUE FROM U.S. HIGHWAY 96
TO THE NORTH 2.0 MILES TO WEST COUNTY ROAD I
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of Arden Hills, Minnesota that the
road hereafter described as M.S.A.S. 102. should be revoked as a
Municipal State Aid Street under the provisions of Minnesota laws;
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Arden Hills,
Minnesota. that the road described as follows, to-wit:
Hamline Avenue from U.S. Highway 96 to the north 2.0 miles to West
County Road I CM.S.A.S. 102) be, and hereby is, revoked as a
Municipal State Aid Street of Arden Hills, Minnesota, subject to
the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of
Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED. that the City Clerk of Arden Hills, Minnesota is
hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of
this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for his
consideration.
