RESOLUTION 91-~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of Arden Hills, Minnesota that the roads
hereafter described should be designated as Municipal State Aid Streets
under the provisions of Minnesota laws;
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED. by the City Council of Arden Hills, Minnesota,
that the roads described as follows, to-wit:
North Snelling Avenue from U.S. Highway 96 southerly to the extension
of Park Shore Drive across U.S. Highway 10. Park Shore Drive from North
Snelling Avenue westerly to Round Lake Road West and, Round Lake Road
West from Park Shore Drive northerly to U.S. Highway 96, be, and hereby
are established, located and designated Municipal State Aid Streets of
Arden Hills, Minnesota subject to the approval of the Commissioner of
Transportation of the State of Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of Arden Hills, Minnesota is hereby
authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this
resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for his consideration,
and that upon his approval of the designation of said road or portion
thereof, that same be constructed, improved and maintained as a
Municipal State Aid Street of the City of Arden Hills to be numbered
and known as Municipal State Aid Street Numbers
and
Passed and adopted this 28 day of
January , 1991.
