RESOLUTION 91 - ~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
ORDERING A PRELIMINARY FEASIBILITY REPORT IN THE
MATTER OF THE NORTH (OLD) SNELLING AVENUE
STREET IMPROVEMENT OF 1991
WHEREAS
the City has determined that it ShDUld cDnsider improving certain
property by the reconstruction of North Snelling Avenue from U.S.
Highway 96 southerly tD the south end near BriarknDll Circle (the
improvement); and
WHEREAS
CDuncil must first secure a preliminary feasibility study in order
to consider making the imprDvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council Df the City of Arden
Hills, MinnesDta:
This matter shall be referred tD Maier Stewart and Associates, Inc. who
is requested to provide to the City Council a report advising, in a
preliminary way, whether the prDposed imprDvement is feasible and
whether the improvement should thus be made as proposed or in
cDnnectiDn with some Dther improvement and the estimated cost of the
imprDvement as recDmmended.
