CITY OF ARDEN HILLS

RESOLUTION NO. 91- 05
RESOLUTION IMPLEMENTING SOLID WASTE SEPARATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Office of Waste Management provides grant
programs for solid waste separation projects and that the city of
Arden Hills approves the submission of a proposal to the Office
of Waste Management's Solid Waste Separation Grant Program to
assist in the funding of a solid waste separation program.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Arden Hills city Council
pledges to implement the proposed project and provide the
necessary financing and exercise the governmental powers
necessary to develop and operate the proposed projects, providing
the proposal receives grant assistance.
Adopted by the Arden Hills City council this 14TH day of January,
1991.
