RESOLUTION NO. 90-35
RESOLUTION AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR
THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S. 462.355 the Arden Hills Planning
Commission held a public hearing on November 2, 1988 to consider
changes to the Arden Hills Comprehensive Plan relating to the
implementation of a Gateway Business District; and
WHEREAS, on November 14, 1988, the Arden Hills City Council
approved the proposed changes to the Comprehensive Plan subject
to review by the Metropolitan Council; and
WHEREAS, on January 29, 1990, the Arden Hills City Council held a
second public hearing in order to further review proposed changes
to its Comprehensive Plan; and
WHEREAS, on July 26, 1990
recommended approval of
Comprehensive Plan.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Arden Hills Comprehensive
Plan, which was adopted on June 14, 1982, is hereby revised by
including the Planning Study for Northeast I-694/I-35W and the
Traffic Impact Study dated April 24, 1990.
Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this
September 1990.
