RESOIillION RELATING 'IO APPORI'IONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS
REIATING'IO IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-86-1
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Illg:lrovement No. SS-W-P-ST-88-1 as last
and finally adopted on August 28, 1987 was filed and certified to the County
Auditor of Ramsey County on September 29, 1987, for the purpose of including
installments thereof to be =llected along with real estate taxes camrnencing in
1988; and
WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property =ntained
within said assessment roll have been divided and =nveyed by a previous property
owner; and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportiorunent
of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been
divided, sold or =nveyed, be made by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills, in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor
against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be
=llected in the year 1988 and thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the city Council of the City of Arden Hills does hereby
make the following apportiornnent of original assessments as contained in said
assessment roll of August 28, 1987, against the following described properties:
