RESOLUTION NO. 90-10
RESOLUTION APPROVING MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT NO. 66648-R
RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Arden Hills enter into an
agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation,
for the following purposes, to wit:
For the revision, maintenance, operation and
removal of Emergency Vehicle Traffic Control
Signal ~re-emption Systems by State forces on a
reimbursable basis at intersections in the City in
accordance with this agreement, a copy of which
was before the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers are
hereby authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for
and on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations
contained therein.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution is a true
