RESOLUTION NO. 90-09
RESOLUTION APPROVING TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL AGREEMENT NO. 66650
RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Arden Hills enter into an
agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation,
for the following purposes, to wit:

To revise the existing traffic control signals with
street lights and signing, and install emergency
vehicle pre-emption on Trunk Highway No. 51 West
Ramps and East Ramps - Connelly Street at County
State Aid Highway No. 15 (County Road E) and on
Trunk Highway No. 694/Trunk Highway No. 10 North and
South Ramps at County State Aid Highway No. 51
(Lexington Avenue), install interconnect on County
State Aid Highway No. 15 (County Road E) from Trunk
Highway No. 51 !Vest Ramps to pine Tree Drive, and on
County State Aid Highway No. 51 (Lexington Avenue)
from County State Aid Highway No. 15 (County Road E)
to County State Aid Highway No. 12 (County Road F) -
County Road F in accordance with the terms and
conditions set forth and contained in Agreement No.
G6650, a copy of which was before the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers be and
hereby are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume
for and on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations
contained therein.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution is a true and
correct copy of a resolution presented to and adopted by the Council
of the City of Arden Hills at a duly authorized meeting thereof held
