CITY OF ARDEN HILLS

RESOLUTION NO. 90-08
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AND APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT
FOR HAZELNUT PARK BIKE TRAIL IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City of Arden
Hills on May 30, 1989, Ace Blacktop, Inc., of Inver Grove Heights, MN.,
has satisfactorily completed the Hazelnut Park Bike Trail improvement in
accordance with such contract.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Arden Hills City Council that
the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby
directed to issue a proper order for the final payment on such contract in
the amount of $16,120.13, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this 29th day of January, 1990.
