RESOLUTION NO. 89-59
RESOLUTION VACATING A DRAINAGE EASEMENT
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Brian Hecht, owners of Lot 6, Block 28, and Mr. and
Mrs. Leroy Fingerson, owners of Lot 5, Block 28, Shorewood Hills No.5,
request the vacation of the drainage easement which runs between the two
lots; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has advised that he sees no reasons to deny the
requested easement vacation; and
WHEREAS, two weeks' published notiee has been provided and no one has
stated any objectons to the proposed easement vacation.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Arden Hills City Council that
the drainage easement be vacated as requested; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Administrator be authorized and
directed to execute a Notice of Completion of Vacation Proceeding, present
it to the Ramsey County Auditor for entry in the Transfer Record, and then
record it in the office of the Ramsey County Recorder in order to comply
with the Vacation Statute requirements.
Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this 26th day of December, 1989.
