RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION NO. 89-57
RESOLUTION APPROVING RAMSEY COUNTY SHERIFF'S AGREEMENT
FOR 1990
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills desires to contract with the Ramsey
County Sheriff's Department for poliee protection services; and
WHEREAS, this Agreement will cover services provided from January 1, 1990
through December 31, 1990; and
WHEREAS, the Ramsey County police service has been used in past years and
has been satisfactory to both parties;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Arden Hills City Couneil that
the Mayor and City Administrator be authorized to execute said Agreement
for Law Enforcement Services for the period from January 1, 1990 through
December 31, 1990.
Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this 11th day of December. 1989.
