RESOLUTION NO. 89-52
RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF A UTILTY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Melban Fish, owners of Lot 2, Block I, and Mr. and
Mrs. Donald J. Anderson, owners of Lot 3, Block 1, Dalsoren Addition,
request the vacation of a 10 foot portion of the drainage and utility
easement which runs between the two lots; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has advised that he sees no reasons to deny the
requested easement vacation; and
WHEREAS, the purpose of this Resolution is to vacate easements recorded on
September 25, 1989, and recorded as Documents Nos. 2510421 and 2510422;
and
WHEREAS, two weeks' published notice has been provided and no one has
stated any objectons to the proposed easement vacation.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Arden Hills City Council that
the utility and drainage easement be vacated as requested; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Administrator be authorized and
directed to execute a Notice of Completion of Vacation Proceeding, present
it to the Ramsey County Auditor for entry in the Transfer Record, and then
record it in the office of the Ramsey County Recorder in order to comply
with the Vacation Statute requirements.
Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this 27th day of November, 1989.
