RESOLUTION NO. 89-46
At a meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
held on the 25 day of September
by Councilmember Nancy Hansen
Councilmember JoAnn Growe
, 1989, the following Resolution was offered
seconded by
to wit:
WHEREAS the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation has prepared a
preliminary layout for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 393 renumbered as
Trunk Highway No. 694 within the corporate limits of the City of Arden Hills, from T.H. 35W
to 0.5 Mi. E.; and seeks the approval thereof, and
WHEREAS said preliminary layouts are on file in the Office of the Department of
~ Transportation, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as
Layout No. 17 S.P. 0285-47 & S.P. 6285-100, 110 (694=393) from Anoka-Ramsey Co. line to 0.5
Mi. E. of T.H. 35W.
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary layouts for the improvement
of said Trunk Highway with the corporate limits be and hereby are approved.
Upon the call of the roll the following Council Members voted in favor of
the Resolution
