RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION NO. 89-44
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR KARTH LAKE SOUTH SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council has reviewed the final plat for the
Karth Lake South Second Addition; and
Whereas, said plat conforms to the requirements of the zoning code; and
WHEREAS, the Karth Lake South Second Addition plat be and is the same is
hereby approved subject to the following conditions:
1. The front yard setback for Lot 1 be established at 60 feet, rather
than 40 feet.
2. Approval by the City Engineer of utility easements, site grading and
drainage easement in respect to the surface drainage from the rear of
Lots 3, 4 and 5.
.
3. The park dedication requirement for two lots be fulfilled along with
issuance of building permits.
Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this 28th day of August, 1989.
