RESOLUTION NO. 89-43
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PRELIMINARY SUM OF MONEY TO BE LEVIED
FOR LEVY YEAR 1989, PAYABLE IN 1990, AND AMENDING THE LEVY ON
1972 IMPROVEMENT BOND SERIES 2
BE IT RESOLVED by the Arden Hills City Council that the following
preliminary sum of money be levied for levy year 1989, payable in 1990,
upon taxable property in said City of Arden Hills for the following
purposes:
Amount:
$1,286,392
Purposes:
General Fund
Shade Tree Disease Control
Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund
Municipal Land and Buildings
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the tax levy for 1989, payable in 1990, for
Improvement Bonds be reduced as follows:
.
1972 Improvement Bonds Series 2 from $41,500 to $0;
due to the fact that the bonds have been defeased and there are sufficient
funds to pay 1990 bond debt levies and the funds have been irrevocably
appropriated; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all further levies on this defeased issue are
cancelled.
Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this 31st day of July, 1989.
