RESOLUTION NO. 89-40
RESOLUTION APPOINTING MAIER STEWART & ASSOCIATES, INC.,
AS THE CONSULTING ENGINEERING FIRM
WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council has been interviewing engineering
firms to act as the City's consulting engineer; and
WHEREAS, four engineering firms were interviewed on Monday, June 19, 1989;
and
WHEREAS, the concensus of the Council was that the firm of Maier Stewart &
Associates, Inc., would best serve the City's engineering needs.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Arden Hills City Council hereby
appoints Maier Stewart & Associates, Inc., 1959 Sloan Place, St. Paul, MN,
as the consulting engineering firm for the City of Arden Hills effective
June 26, 1989.
Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this 26th day of June, 1989.
