RESOLUTION NO. 89-38
RESOLUTION RELATING TO FORFEITED LAND AND LAND CLASSIFICATION
WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners, by resolution dated
April 18, 1989, classified as non-conservation land, certain land lying
within the Arden Hills city limits; and
WHEREAS, a certified copy of the classification resolution together with a
list of the land classified has been submitted for approval of the
classification and sale of the land classified in accordance with
Minnesota Statutes, Section 282.01, Subd.1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the classifieation of the land
shown on said list as non-conservation land (being Lot 8, Block 2, Janet
Estates, PIN 21-30-23-43-0022, Valentine Crest Road northerly of County
Road F; and Registered Land Survey No. 112, Tract "F", PIN 34-30-23-32-
0019, Cummins Lane easterly of Hwy. 10) and the sale thereof be and hereby
is approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Administrator be and hereby is
authorized to file a certified copy of this Resolution No. 89-38 in the
Office of the Land Commissioner.
