RESOLUTION NO. 89-33
RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-89-02, OAK AVENUE
DECLARING COSTS TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION
OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL
WHEREAS, contracts have heretofore been let for the construction of the
following described improvement:
The installation of storm sewer utilities to serve 1680 Oak Avenue and
adjacent areas (which improvement has heretofore been known and
designated as Improvement No. ST-89-02); and
WHEREAS, the construction of said improvement will commence June 1, 1989.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the total cost of the above described improvement shall be
assessed 50% against properties benefited by said improvement.
2.
That the City Administrator with the aid and assistance of the
City Engineer be and is hereby authorized and directed to prepare
the separate assessment roll for the above described improvement
showing the proper amount to be assessed against each of the
lots, pieces or parcels of land benefited by said improvement.
