RESOLUTION NO. 89-31
APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO
EDGEWATER IMPROVEMENTS (IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-85-2)
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Edgewater Improvement SS-W-P-ST-85-2
as adopted September 28, 1987, was filed and certified to the Ramsey
County Auditor on October 19, 1987, for the purpose of including
installments thereof to be eollected along with real estate taxes
eommencing in 1988; and
WHEREAS, since September 28, 1987, a number of pareels of
property contained within said assessment have been divided and conveyed
by a previous property owner; and
WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Auditor requires that apportionment of
the original assessment against each original tract where it has later
been divided, sold or eonveyed, be made by the Arden Hills City Council
in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor
against each parcel of property thereafter.

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills does
hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments as
contained in said assessment roll of September 28, 1987, against the
following described properties:
