RESOLUTION NO. 89-30
RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF
ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 12 AND 13
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Sanitary Sewer
Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 as adopted September 28, 1970, was filed and
certified to the Ramsey County Auditor on October 28, 1970, for the purpose of
including installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes
commencing in 1971; and
WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments and reassessments in
respect to Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 was held on
November 30, 1970, at which time assessments for Consolidated Sanitary Sewer
Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 were amended as provided by said resolution of said
date, to be certified and filed in the Ramsey County Auditor's office on Deeember
30, 1970; and
WHEREAS, since November 30, 1970, a number of parcels of property
contained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed
by a previous property owner; and

WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Auditor requires that apportionment of the
original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided,
sold or conveyed, be made by the Arden Hills City Councils, in order that the
proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of
property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year
1971 and thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Arden Hills City Council does hereby make the
following apportionment of original assessments roll of September 28, 1970 and as
amended as of November 30, 1970, against the following described properties:
