RESOLUTION NO. 89-25
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVING HAZELNUT PARK BIKE PATH
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has given his oral report to the City
Council with respect to the proposed paving improvement to Hazelnut Park
Bike Path between GlenPaul and Stowe Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer reported that the proposed improvement was
feasible and desirable and further reported on the proposed costs of said
improvement thereof.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED bv the Arden Hills City Council as
follows:
1. That it is advisable, feasible, and expedient that the City of Arden
Hills improve Hazelnut Park Bike Path by aspha1ting, and it is hereby
ordered that said improvement be made.
2. That the City Engineer be and he is hereby authorized and directed to
prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and advertise
for bids to be opened and awarded on May 30.

Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this 8th day of May, 1989.
