RESOLUTION REQUESTING CANCELLATION OF OUTSTANDING BALANCES
AND CURRENT INSTALLMENTS ON SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR PARCEL 'A
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has acquired Parcel~, adjacent to the
City Hall Complex on the closing date of January..... .l<:!~ and

WHEREAS, the property identification number for parcel,~is as follows:

WHEREAS, the legal description for Parcel ~ is as follows:
The East 220 feet of the West 520 feet of the following described
parcel:
The Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 22, Township 30,
Range 23, except the South 3/4 thereof, and except the West 397.5
feet thereof, subject to highway: and
WHEREAS, the 1989 Statement of Property Tax Payable

WHEREAS, this property is exempt from property tax and Ramsey County
collecting special assessments on City-owned property serves no useful
purpose.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Arden Hills City Council direct the
City Administrator to request the Ramsey County Department of Taxation and
Records Administration to cancel the balance of outstanding and current
installments on special assessments for Parcel~ p
