RESOLUTION NO. 89-22
RESOLUTION FOR INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL
AT HAMLINE AVENUE AND TH 96
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Arden Hills enter into an agreement with
the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following
purposes, to wit:
To install a new traffic control signal with street lights and signing
on Trunk Highway No. 96 at Hamline Avenue - Arsenal Entrance in
accordance with the terms and conditions set forth and contained in
Agreement No. 65955, a copy of which was before the Arden Hills City
Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Administrator be and hereby
are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on
behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein.
Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this 8th day of May, 1989.
