RESOLUTION NO. 89-21
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND SETTING PUBLIC
HEARING FOR STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS TO SERVE 1680 OAK AVENUE
AND ADJACENT AREAS (ST-89-2)
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Arden Hills City Council adopted
April 10, 1989, a feasibility report has been prepared by the City
Engineer with reference to the proposed storm sewer installation for 1680
Oak Avenue and adjacent areas, and this report was received by the City
Council on April 24, 1989.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Arden Hills City Council as follows:
1. That the report of said City Engineer be and is hereby received
and accepted.
2. That a public hearing on said improvement be held on Monday, May
8, 1989, at 7:30 P.M. at the City Hall, 1450 W. Highway 96, and
the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing
and improvement as required by law.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills this 24 day of
April, 1989.
