<br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-20 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR CLEVELAND AVENUE <br />LIFT STATION (SS-W-89-1) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for proposed improvements <br />to the Cleveland Avenue lift station, bids were received, opened and <br />tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received complying <br />with said advertisement: <br /> <br />BIDDER <br /> <br />BASE BID <br /> <br />ALTERNATE <br /> <br />TOTAL BID <br /> <br />B & D Underground <br />C.W. That the bids for the project are hereby received and accepted. <br /> <br />2. That Lametti & Sons is hereby declared to be the lowest responsible <br />bidder. <br /> <br />3. That the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute and deliver any and all contracts and documents <br />necessary to consummate the bid award for the above described <br />improvement to Lametti & Sons. <br /> <br />4. That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to return to <br />all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the <br />deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be <br />retained until a contract has been signed. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills this 24th day of <br />April, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />.
