RESOLUTION NO. 89-18

RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE INSTALLATION
OF STORM SEWER UTILITIES TO SERVE 1680 OAK AVENUE
AND ADJACENT AREAS (IMPROVEMENT NO, ST 89-02)
WHEREAS, by motion adopted on March 27, 1989, the City Council directed
the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for the installation
of storm sewer utilities to serve 1680 Oak Avenue and adjacent areas; and
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for the improvement have hereby been
submitted to and considered by the Arden Hills City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the plans and specifications for said
proposed improvement be approved and placed on file in the office of the
City Administrator,
Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this 10th day of April, 1989.
