RESOLUTION NO. 89-11
RESOLUTION ADOPTING 1989 PAY SCHEDULE FOR
CITY EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, comparable worth is a mandated State law; and
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is required to be in compliance
with this mandated law; and
WHEREAS, the attached compensation plan meets the requirements of
the comparable worth law; and
WHEREAS, a set amount of money has been budgeted for annual
salary increases and the compensation plan as outlined in the salary
report meets the budgeted amount for 1989.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Arden Hills City
Council that the attached compensation plan be adopted, with salary
increases retroactive to January 1, 1989.
Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this 30th day of January, 1989.
