RESOLUTION NO, 89-10
RESOLUTION REQUESTING RAMSEY COUNTY TO INCLUDE
INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT INTERSECTION
OF COUNTY ROAD E AND PINE TREE DRIVE
IN THEIR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN
WHEREAS, it has been determined that installation of a traffic
signal at the intersection of County Road E and Pine Tree Drive is
warranted; and
WHEREAS, Ramsey County does not have this installation in their
Capital Improvement PIan for at least the next three years; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills is of the
opinion that said traffic signal installation should not be delayed beyond
1992,
NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Arden Hills City
Council that Ramsey County be requested to include the instal1ation of a
traffic signal at the intersection of County Road E and Pine Tree Drive in
their Capital Improvement Plan as soon as possible, and
.
WHEREAS, a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to Ramsey County
as evidence of the City of Arden Hills' request for said traffic signal
installation.
