CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
RESOLUTION NO. 89- 09
RESOLUTION FILLING COUNCIL VACANCY
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Arden Hills City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Council desires to fill the vacancy of Councilmember for
the unexpired term;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby appoints
THOMAS A. MAHOWALD , as Councilmember, until December 31,
1990.
Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this 30th day of January, 1989.
