RESOLUTION NO. 89-08
RESOLUTION CLARIFYING SUMS OF MONEY TO BE LEVIED
FOR LEVY YEAR 1988 PAYABLE IN 1989 AND AMENDING THE LEVY
ON 1972 IMPROVEMENT BOND SERIES 2
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Arden Hills, County of
Ramsey, that the following sums of money be levied for levy year 1988,
payable in 18E;g upon taxable property in said City of Arden Hills, for
the following purposes:
General Fund
Certificate of Indebtedness
(Fire Truck)
Shade Tree Disease Control
Permanent Imp. Revolving Fund
Municipal Land & Buildings

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the tax levv for 1988 payable in 1980
for Improvement Bonds be reduced as follows:
1972 Improvement Bonds Series 2 from $41,900 to 0, due to the fact
that the bonds have been defeased and there are sufficient funds to pay
1989 bond installments and the funds have been irrevocably appropriated.
