<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-04 <br /> <br />DESIGNATION OF DEPOSITORIES AND CORPORATION <br />AUTHORIZATION RESOLUTION <br /> <br />THIS IS TO CERTIFY: That at a meeting of the City Council of Arden <br />Hills duly called and held January 3, 1989, the following resolution was <br />adopted: <br /> <br />RESOLVED, that the Norwest Bank St. Paul, N.A. and the Roseville Bank <br />shall be the official depositories for all funds of the City of Arden <br />Hills for the calendar year 1989; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer shall, from time to <br />time, ascertain that adequate security as required by the laws of the <br />State of Minnesota, is furnished by such depositories to protect the <br />City's deposited funds against financial loss; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that checks of this corporation drawn on <br />Norwest Bank, St. Paul, N.A. and the Roseville Bank, hereinafter called <br />the Bank, shall be signed by three of the following officers: <br /> <br />Thomas R. Sather <br />Mayor <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />Nancy K. Hanson <br />Acting Mayor <br /> <br />Gary R. Berger <br />Clerk-Administrator <br /> <br />Catherine J. Iago <br />Deputy Clerk <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />Frank C. Green <br />Treasurer <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />Paul L. Malone <br />Deputy Treasurer <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk-Administrator, Gary R. Berger, <br />is authorized to use a signature stamp at such time as it becomes legal <br />and/or necessary for Mayor Thomas R. Sather, or Frank C. Green, Treasurer. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the said banks are hereby authorized and <br />directed to honor and pay any checks so drawn as above set forth, whether <br />or not such checks be payable to the order of one of the foregoing persons <br />either in his individual or official capacity or deposited to his <br />individual credit, and whether or not such signatures are followed by the <br />title or office of the person signing. <br /> <br />Passed by the City Council of Arden <br />January, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Thomas R.
