RESOLUTION NO. 89-03
RESOLUTION DECLARING THAT VACANCY EXISTS AS COUNCILMEMBER
WHEREAS, Thomas R. Sather, Councilmember, has been appointed by the
Arden Hills City Council to serve as Mayor, effective January 1, 1989.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that a vacancy exists on the Arden Hills
Council for the office of Councilmember for the unexpired term which is
until December 31, 1990.
Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this 3r
January, 1989.
