CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
RESOLUTION NO. 89-02
RESOLUTION APPOINTING MAYOR TO FILL UNEXPIRED TERM
WHEREAS, a vacancy as Mayor exists on the Arden Hills City Council;
and
WHEREAS, the Council desires to fill the vacancy of Mayor for the
unexpired term;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby appoints
Thomas R. Sather, Mayor until December 31, 1990.
Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this 3rd day of January, 1989.
