RESOLUTION NO. 88-39
RESOLUTION REVISING 1988 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Auditor has recommended that the budget should
be modified to reflect material changes in original budgeted amounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following changes be
made to the 1988 Budget:
1. Decrease General Property Taxes (Account No. 31010) to reflect
Homestead Credit as follows:
General Fund No. 101
Shade Tree Disease Control Fund
Permanent Improvement Revolving

2. Increase transfer from Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund 501
(501 47276-720) to General Fund No. 101 (101-39218) by $19,930 and
increase budget for Capital Outlay Election Equipment (101-4140-570).
3. Transfer $37,500 from Street Seal Coating Budget (101-43100-405)
to Pavement Management Plan (101-43100-408).
4. Increase Budget for Sanitation Waste Recycling $8,940
101-43200-384) and increase revenue from County Aid-Recycling $10,555
001-33620) .
5. Decrease budget for Sand, Salt & Road Mix $6,000 (101-43100-224).
6. Decrease budget for Administrative Office Bonds and Insurance
$7,000 (101-41500-360).
7. Decrease budget for Human Rights $2,000 (101-41950-437).
8. Decrease Ramsey County Sheriff budget $7,625 (101-42100-313).
9. Increase Legal Fees $4,000 (101-41600-304).
10. Increase Planning Consultant Fees $12,000 (101-41910-312).
11. Increase Rendering Plant Inspections $3,770 (101-42400-317).
