RESOLUTION NO. 88-34
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMS OF MONEY TO BE LEVIED
FOR LEVY YEAR 1988, PAYABLE IN 1989, AND AMENDING THE LEVY ON
1972 IMPROVEMENT BOND SERIES 2
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Arden Hills, County
of Ramsey, that the following sums of money be levied for levy year 1988,
payable in 1989, upon taxable property in said City of Arden Hills, for
the following purposes:
General Fund
Shade Tree Disease Control
Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund
Municipal Land and Buildings

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the tax levy for 1988, payable in
1989, for Improvement Bonds be reduced as follows:
1972 Improvement Bonds Series 2 from $41,900 to 0;

due to the fact that the bonds have been defeased and there are sufficient
funds to pay 1989 bond installments and the funds have been irrevocably
appropriated.
