RESOLUTION NO. 88-22
REQUESTING MN DOT TO INSTALL SEMAPHORE
AT STH 96 AND HAMLINE AVENUE
WHEREAS, the traffic on STH 96 met the warrants for a semaphore
at STH 96 and Hamline Avenue several years ago; and
WHEREAS, traffic has increased substantially in recent years; and
WHEREAS, it is extremely dangerous to make left turns at the
intersection; and
WHEREAS, MnDot has advised that this intersection is 41st on the
priority list for a semaphore,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED the City of Arden Hills
requests that a semaphore be installed at the intersection of STH 96 and
Hamline Avenue in 1988.

Passed by the Arden Hills Council this 27th day of June 1988.
