RESOLUTION NO. 88-121\
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
[PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PLAN]
WHEREAS, it is proposed that the City Council of Arden Hills
has determined it necessary and expedient to enter into a long-range
Pavement Management Plan to protect the infrastructure of the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has budgeted the necessary funds, of
$100,000.00 including engineering costs, for the 1988 program, incorporating
sealcoating and overlaying of certain streets as proposed and recommended by
the City's engineers, SEH, at the Council meeting of April 11, 1988:
1988 Sealcoat:
Glenpaul Avenue
Portion of Edgewater Avenue
Portion of Jerrold Avenue
Prior Avenue
Ingerson Court
Glenarden Court
Portion of Ridgewood Court
Arden Oaks Drive
Arden Oaks Court
Pine Tree Drive
1988 Overlay:
Noble Road
West Edgewater Avenue
Portion of Edgewood Road
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed by the Council,
in accordance with the recommendations of its engineers.
2. SEH, its engineers, is hereby designated as the engineer for
this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making
of such improvement.
Adopted by the Arden Hills Council this lIth day of April, 1988.
