CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
RESOLUTION NO. 87-72
RESOLUTION URGING FORMATION OF A RAMSEY COUNTY PARK BOARD
WHEREAS, the parks and open spaces are needed in Ramsey
County, the most densely populated county in the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, a Ramsey County Park Board could increase public
and financial support for these parks and open spaces; and
WHEREAS, a Ramsey County Park Board could increase the
coordination and cooperation between the County and City park systems
through Ramsey County; and
WHEREAS, a Ramsey County Park Board could establish long
range policies for these parks and open spaces;
NOW,
Arden Hills that
pursue the idea of
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
the members of the Ramsey County Charter Commission
forming a Ramsey County Park Board.
